Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company with a strong presence in the retail and commercial real estate sector. As part of its continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Leasing Manager (m/f/d) to join the team in Düsseldorf.
As a recruitment partner, we are supporting our client exclusively in the search for this key position. Your Responsibilities Lead and manage the leasing strategy for a portfolio of retail properties and/or retail locations Identify, approach and secure suitable tenants in line with the overall commercial strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, retailers, brands and key market players Manage the entire leasing process from initial negotiations through to contract signing and handover Conduct lease negotiations, including commercial terms, rents, incentives and other contractual conditions Develop and maintain a strong network within the retail and commercial real estate market Monitor market trends, competitor activities and tenant demand to identify new business opportunities Work closely with internal stakeholders across Asset Management, Property Management, Finance, Legal and Development Prepare leasing strategies, market analyses, business cases and regular management reports Support the optimization of occupancy, rental income and overall asset performance Represent the company in meetings, negotiations and relevant industry events Your Profile Several years of professional experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate or a comparable field Proven track record in successfully negotiating and closing retail lease agreements Strong understanding of the German retail and commercial real estate market Established network of contacts within the retail, fashion, F
