We’re currently seeking a Senior Lawyer - Construction Supporting legal aspects of construction subsidies and project finance structuring; Providing legal support on commercial matters, including supplier, service, and cooperation agreements; Guiding management and operational teams on day-to-day legal issues; Contributing to the development and implementation of internal processes, policies, and contract standards; Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in construction and infrastructure; Building and improving claims and dispute management systems.
Expertise: Minimum 7 years of experience in both public and private construction law with strong expertise in contract and commercial law; Proven experience managing complex contractual structures and disputes; Familiarity with international contract standards such as FIDIC would be a plus; Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style; Advanced German and English skills, both written and spoken; Full qualification as a lawyer with both German State Examinations is an advantage.
