You will
Draft, review and negotiate commercial and IT contracts (including cloud, software, services and licensing agreements) Advise on public sector tenders and procurement processes Support complex technology and digital transformation projects Identify and manage legal and commercial risks Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders across the organisation Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the technology sector About You Fully qualified lawyer Experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house legal team Strong background in IT, technology, commercial contracts and/or public procurement law Able to balance legal risk with commercial objectives Confident stakeholder manager with a pragmatic approach Fluent in German and English Why Consider It?
