What you´ll do Identify potential acquisition opportunities that align with the Portfolio / M&A Strategy of Henkel Consumer Brands Prepare deep dives, investment thesis, and recommendations to senior management to decide on M&A opportunities Manage and coordinate due diligence activities which entails collaborating with relevant business and corporate functions across Henkel Prepare business plans and detailed financial analysis as well as all necessary committee or board approval documents for divestments, preparation of transaction scope, structure, carve-out financials, and other deal documents such as Information Memorandum Negotiate key terms of transactions together with Corporate M&A and legal teams Ensure that an integration plan is designed and smooth hand-over to dedicated PMI lead Conduct strategic analysis, industry research, and competitor analysis to help evaluate potential M&A opportunities Act as sparring partner for regions & category management on M&A matters What makes you a good fit Master's degree in business administration or similar Ideally 5 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Holistic perspective & ability to manage a transaction from end-to-end (from initial / desktop analysis, through evaluation and internal presentation to external negotiation) Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels and outstanding communication and presentation skills Fluent English language skills Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model, and work from anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year Diverse national and international growth opportunities Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares Company Pension Plan 100% financed by Henkel MEGA Preventive Health Insurance CareFlex Supplementary Care Insurance Mobility offer: My Henkel Bike and Jobticket At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
