About the Role A growing international healthcare company is seeking an experienced Market Access professional to support and further develop pricing and reimbursement strategies in Germany. The role combines strategic and operational responsibilities and is highly cross‐functional.
It is ideal for candidates who want to take ownership without stepping into a people‐management position. Experience in rare or specialty diseases is highly valued due to the complexity of the portfolio. What You'll Do Shape and execute market access strategies across DACH Lead launch readiness for access & reimbursement Support HTA, evidence generation and value communication Build strong relationships with payers, HTA bodies and patient groups Contribute to pricing, reimbursement and scenario planning Represent Market Access in cross‐functional teams Align affiliate, regional and global stakeholders What You Bring Solid experience in Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement or Health Policy Strong understanding of German HTA & payer landscape (AT/CH a plus) Experience in rare or ultra‐rare diseases preferred Background in launch preparation and evidence generation Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills Strategic, analytical, patient‐centric mindset What Success Looks Like Timely access & launch milestones High‐quality HTA and reimbursement submissions Strong stakeholder engagement across DACH Robust evidence‐generation plans Sustainable patient access outcomes Confidentiality All inquiries and conversations regarding this position will be handled with the highest level of discretion.
