Our 3,500 employees are of 45 different nationalities and are spread across 27 offices in 10 countries, including France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Portugal, Egypt, and the Netherlands\ N As a SeniorProcurement Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting procurement activities, inventory planning, and supply chain coordination to ensure the timely availability of materials and components required for robotics development and deployment activities. You will work closely with engineering, operations, logistics, and deployment teams in a fast-moving and innovative environment.\ N Responsibilities:\ N Execute procurement activities for components, equipment, and services supporting robotics operations and development programs\ N Support inventory planning and management to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory\ N Coordinate with suppliers to manage purchase orders, deliveries, lead times, and material availability\ N Monitor inventory health and proactively identify supply risks and shortages\ N Support supply chain discussions and deployment planning across multiple projects and locations\ N Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business priorities and deployment schedules\ N Track supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives\ N Maintain procurement documentation, reports, inventory records, and purchasing data\ N Assist in forecasting future material requirements and inventory needs\ N Support escalation management and resolution of supply chain challenges\ N
Required Qualifications:\ N
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related field\ N Experience coordinatingprocurement activities in a fast-paced operational environment\ N Knowledge of inventory planning and material management processes\ N Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\ N Experience working withERP, procurement, or inventory management systems\ N Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously\ N Excellent communicationand coordination skills\ N Fluent English, both written and verbal\ N German language proficiency at minimum B2 level\ N
Preferred Qualifications:\ N
Automotive industry experience\ N Experience working within a similar large-scale operational environment\ N Experience supporting technical, engineering, or robotics programs\ N Understanding of supplychain deployment and operational readiness planning\ N Knowledge of inventory optimization methodologies\ N Experience managing supplier relationships and contract-related discussions\ N Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams\ N
