Job Description(Senior) Project Engineer – Medium Voltage & BESS \ NWe're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company in the battery storage / renewable energy space for a (Senior) Project Engineer to join their electrical engineering team in Berlin.\ NYour mission:\ N Develop new hardware concepts for battery storage products — from idea to implementation —\ N where none exist today\ N Design connection and measurement concepts for battery storage systems in industrial environments (including combination with PV), deriving the necessary hardware for grid connection and data recording\ N Shape system architecture for storage projects: define connection, measurement, and protection concepts, including operating strategy and integration with existing infrastructure\ N Analyse electrotechnical documents (site plans, network connection diagrams, SLDs) and evaluate feasibility, connectivity and expansion potential\ N Provide hands-on technical evaluation and support through project implementation, with a clear focus on medium voltage\ N Coordinate technically with network operators and partners, and represent the company's position confidently\ N Support certification processes as a responsible electrical specialist once systems are operational\ N Actively identify, build and develop partner relationships — an existing network is a plus\ N Bring structure to complex projects through strong communication and project management\ N
Your profile
