Senior Project Manager, €105,000 negotiable basic depending on experience, with benefits and a great company culture. We are recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale enterprise security projects across Germany, based in and around Frankfurt.
Responsible for managing complex installations, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and integrated command-and-control systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client standards The Role Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise security projects Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation Act as key client contact for stakeholders and contractors Oversee technical delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, and commercial performance Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and health & safety standards The Person 8+ years project management experience 5+ years delivering enterprise-level security systems Strong experience with large-scale, high-value projects (€2M+) Knowledge of integrated security platforms (access control, CCTV, alarms) Strong stakeholder, commercial, and leadership skills PMP / PRINCE2 preferred German to a conversational level; English language fluency required.
