In our Global End User Services team, you contribute to shaping the organisation’s digital workplace environment and help ensure stable and reliable IT support worldwide. We operate the Global User Service Desk, support Service Transition & Planning to ensure the quality of new software releases, and enable secure access to systems and applications through Identity & Access Management.

In this environment, you actively bring in your experience and work with us to further develop our topics around quality, releases and deployments. #LI-DNIYou can look forward toYou plan and coordinate testing activities across different initiatives and systems and develop robust test strategies to ensure sustainable quality assuranceAs a Deployment Manager, you are responsible for the technical delivery of software across various environments and ensure stable, secure and traceable deploymentsYou continuously develop and improve test, test automation and deployment processes, bringing in best practices, standards and new ideasYou manage the end-to-end planning and execution of releases and ensure reliable collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external service providersYou come equipped withA degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification, for example as an IT specialistSeveral years of professional experience in test, release and/or deployment managementSound knowledge of quality assurance and test automation or the willingness to further develop these skillsExperience with IT process models (e.g.

ITIL, COBIT) as well as IT service transition processesExperience with agile working methods and project managementProfessional proficiency in German and conversational English for working in an international environmentYou communicate clearly, confidently facilitate different stakeholder interests and remain resilient, solution-oriented and service-driven even in complex situationsYou may not meet every requirement listed in the job description.
