For their German Medical Equipment Business Unit , we are looking for a: SERVICE TECHNICIAN (DENTAL TREATMENT AND STERILIZATION) The role reports to the Head of After Sales of the business unit and is responsible for providing technical support to distributors' service teams as well as end customers, with a particular focus on the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of dental treatment units and sterilization systems.
Main responsibilities Carry out interventions to resolve technical issues related to dental treatment units and sterilization systems both on-site and remotely. Analyze complaints, identify root causes and collect technical and functional improvement suggestions.
Work closely and continuously with internal departments such as R EU Regulation No. 679 of 2016).
