Site Manager

Responsibilities Act as the Owner's Representative and take full responsibility for managing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from Ready-to-Build (RTB) through Commercial Operation Date (COD). Coordinate EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, grid operators, and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and successfully commissioned.

Oversee EPC contract execution, key project milestones, grid connection testing, commissioning, and project acceptance. Conduct regular site visits across Europe to supervise project execution, identify on-site issues, and drive timely resolution.

Coordinate with internal investment, legal, finance, and operations teams to manage project risks, changes, and cross-functional activities during the construction phase. Ensure a smooth handover of completed projects to the Operations team, delivering compliant and operational assets.

Qualification sBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field .Minimum of 3 years' experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or power engineering project management, with hands-on experience managing projects from RTB to COD .Solid understanding of EPC management and grid connection processes for European energy storage projects .English is required as the working language.

Proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., German, Spanish, or Polish) is highly preferred .Strong coordination, communication, execution, and stakeholder management skills .Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project sites across Europe .
