Software Engineer (Remote)

Salary: 45.900 - 99.000 € per year

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience using Python or Golang.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, GCP, and Terraform.
• 2+ years of experience in software design, development, systems integration, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, distributed systems, or cloud-based platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-powered applications, machine learning integrations, and workflow automation is preferred.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of application security, data privacy, and performance optimization is preferred.
• Experience working with healthcare technology or other regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Python, Golang, and modern development technologies.
• Build and optimize backend services, RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Apache Kafka.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to automate software testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and maintain application security and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development processes.
• Explore AI-powered solutions and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency.
