Position Overview PV Mounting Solution Engineer focusing on residential and commercial rooftop solar projects in Germany, delivering customized technical solutions, pre-sales technical support and customer training, collaborating with sales team to expand local market share.
Key Responsibilities Partner with Account Managers to support assigned revenue targets and customer growth. Engage with distributors, EPCs and installers, supporting both existing account development and new customer acquisition.
Develop technical solutions for rooftop solar mounting systems, including pitched-roof and flat-roof applications, and provide project-specific engineering support. Support product promotion through technical presentations, product demonstrations and customer training.
Work with Account Managers and Marketing to share market insights, product updates and technical information with customers. Track project pipelines and customer activities in CRM. Provide structured customer and market feedback to the HQ team to support product development and R other languages are preferable.
