Spare Parts Operation Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage daily spare parts operations, including coordination of inbound, outbound, and inventory activities; Ensure that warehouse processes follow company standards and support continuous improvement of operational workflows; Maintain accurate and timely inbound outbound records in system as well as support process alignment with IT and logistics teams; Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock accuracy, and support regular cycle counts or audits; Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to ensure efficient spare parts availability and order fulfillment; Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills; Experience in warehouse, logistics, or spare parts operations (European experience preferred); Familiar with WMS. Exposure to SAP, SF or EDI systems is a plus; Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams; Willingness to travel, with valid European driving license; Proficient in English. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
