Your leadership responsibilities with us
Develop, implement, and scale strategic initiatives
Lead and nurture high-performing, cross-functional teams
Own key metrics across revenue, growth, and operational efficiency
Build and sustain an innovation-driven company culture
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as equals
Several years of leadership experience in relevant digital business environments
Strong grasp of SaaS or e-commerce strategies & KPIs
Excellent communication, confident decision-making, and emotional intelligence
Hands-on approach combined with strategic foresight
Boldness for change and a deep passion for innovation
