GEDU Global Education seeks a highly motivated Student Services and Operations Manager for our new campus in Berlin ; to take ownership of their school/centre operations and to manage all aspects of Student Services, Facilities, Human Resources and IT.
The Student Services and Operations Manager ensures a high-quality experience for our students at the new Aberystwyth Campus Berlin, and line-manages academic and student services delivery. What We Expect from You ? Ensure That: all staff at the school consistently deliver a high calibre students experience. students receive a high-quality service where expectations are regularly exceeded. all prevailing quality standards are achieved and continuously improved. the operations meets or exceeds financial performance targets and recognises and takes corrective action when required.
Operations Act as a spokesperson and ambassador for the school when liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure facilities provide an attractive and safe environment for students. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, corporate standards and guidelines.
Analyse negative trends in operations, quality or finance and implement corrective actions. Work occasional evenings and weekends as required. Student Experience Continually review student feedback, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
Create a student-centred team culture across the school. Line-manage the Student Services staff Ensure student records are accurately maintained. Academic
