Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport , is looking for System Safety Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus. 📍 Locations include Manching and other sites across the country.

Define and manage Safety Requirements , Safety Evidence , Safety Procedures and operational limitations, coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Support aircraft/system architecture development to ensure compliance with required Safety and Integrity levels.
Interface with key stakeholders including Engineering , Project Management , Design Teams , Airworthiness Authorities , Customers , Suppliers and industrial partners. Review, approve and apply Safety and Reliability data provided by suppliers.
What we’re looking for
Degree in Aerospace or a related field Relevant hands-on experience in safety analyses, airworthiness, certification and risk assessment. B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
