About the Role We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager based in or focusing on the German market . In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for our functional and business roles across Germany, attracting top-tier local and international talent to drive our business growth in Europe.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for functional and operational roles in Germany, from job posting to offer negotiations and onboarding. Talent Sourcing: Proactively source high-quality candidates using channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, local German job platforms (e.g., StepStone, Xing), and professional networks.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial phone/video screenings in English and German to evaluate candidates' expertise, language skills, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with regional and global hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline hiring timelines.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional hiring journey to enhance Joybuy’s employer brand in the European market. ATS
