KeyResponsibilities\ N
Develop and manage procurement resources for construction machinery components across the European region, including engines, pumps, valves, as well as related parts such as filters, lubricants, batteries, tires, and steel wire ropes.\ N Establish, expand, and optimize local sourcing channels in Europe, including attachments and customized components supplier networks.\ N Ensure all procurement activities comply with SANY Group’s commercial procurement processes and internal compliance requirements.\ N Take part in commercialnegotiations with European suppliers, effectively controlling procurement costs while ensuring product quality and on-time delivery.\ N Maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers to support strategic sourcing initiatives.\ N Utilize SAP HANA and Microsoft Office for procurement daily business ,data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. \ N
Qualifications\ N
Proficiency in SAP HANA and advanced Excel skills (e.G., data analysis, pivot tables, reporting). \ N Bachelor’s degree or equal in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\ N Proven experience (2 or3 years )in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors.\ N Knowledge of European supplier markets and sourcing strategies.\ N Familiarity with procurement processes, compliance standards, and contract management.\ N Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent) and German.\ N Overseas work experience and strong cross-cultural communication skills are highly preferred.\ N
