Web Developer (m/f/d)
Scope of Responsibilities
- Development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal web applications and associated backend services using in-house development tools
- Design, implementation, versioning, and documentation of APIs and similar interfaces
- Integration of internal systems, data sources, and platform services, e.g., CRM, databases, and line-of-business applications
- Data modeling and database access, taking into account performance, security, and maintainability
- Ensuring software quality through automated testing, code reviews, error analysis, and troubleshooting
- Creation and maintenance of container images and CI/CD pipelines, as well as deployment and operation of services on the existing Kubernetes/Docker platform
- Coordination with business departments regarding requirements and priorities, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to IT security, data protection, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- A successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in web development
- Knowledge of container technologies
- Knowledge of integrating, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructures
- Knowledge of administering, installing, and configuring Linux® and Windows systems
- An independent, structured, and reliable work style combined with a passion for new technologies
- A strong focus on solutions and quality, as well as analytical thinking skills in dynamic and complex environments
- Very good command of German (at least C2 level) and good command of English (at least B1 level), both spoken and written
