Founded by a university professor, the company combines research-driven thinking with the development of digital products used by major organisations across Germany, particularly within the financial sector.\ N What you could work on\ N Developing customer use cases and building proof of concepts on a conversational AI platform\ N Translating customer requirements into structured technical solutions\ N Supporting quality assurance and testing platform functionality\ N Investigating complex technical support requests\ N Creating user documentation, technical guides and best practices\ N Working closely with product, engineering and customer-facing teams\ N Exploring a clearly defined technical or product-focused thesis topic with expert guidance\ N
What you should bring\ N
Current enrolmentin Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable technical subject\ N Initial experience in product management, requirements engineering or relevant university projects\ N A good technical understanding of APIs, JSON and logical system structures\ N An understanding of LLMs and conversational AI\ N The ability to explain and document technical topics clearly\ N Ideally, experience with Jira, Confluence, AI tools or low-code/no-code platforms\ N A structured, analytical and hands-on approach\ N Fluent German—minimum C1 level—and good English\ N Residence in Germany\ N
