Working Student (Werkstudent) - Engineering andMaintenance

Duration: 2 years At Talgo Germany, we are looking for an engineering student to join us as a working student (Werkstudent) in Engineering and Maintenance area. This position offers hands-on experience in the railway sector, with active involvement in technical incident analysis and continuous process improvement.

Main responsibilities Manage warranty-related corrective actions within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Code and structure incidents to support subsequent engineering analysis Support the preparation of reports and management reporting Collaborate with the engineering team on data analysis and failure trend identification Assist with maintenance and technical management activities related to trains Required profile Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field Strong technical and analytical mindset Interest in maintenance, railway engineering, and data analysis Comfortable working with IT tools (experience with CMMS or similar systems is a plus) Proficient in Excel and reporting tools Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus Availability for a long-term collaboratio Attention to detail and organizational skills Proactivity and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team and communicate results effectively What we offer Flexible working hours Diverse and supportive international team Advanced, technology-driven work environment Direct learning experience with the engineering department In-depth insight into train operations and maintenance Development of analytical and data management skills Opportunities for professional growth in the railway sector
