The role performs a variety of routine accounting activities under close supervision, with a particular focus on bookkeeping activities. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform technical accounting support and administrative duties, such as entering sales and creditor invoices and processing bank transactions; Manage capital assets and accounts payable and receivable; Prepare primaryaccounting documents, if required; Maintain accounting files and records; Check account balances on a monthly basis and support the preparation of account analyses, if requested; Ensure accuratebooking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the accounting system; Draft letters and emails to clients concerning accounting or administrative issues and submit them for review and approval by the Accounting Supervisor; Prepare routinecorrespondence and/or mailings.

Key RequirementsEnglish (working knowledge); Knowledgeof the Profis system is considered an advantage; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook); High School Diploma and/or Degree in Economics; Up to 2 years of experience in similar organizations; Works in compliance with TMF procedures and related standards of work; Good client service skills; Responsible andorganized; Good communication skills.
