Role Overview The Intern will manage the data entry of supplier invoices for the group companies, both Italian and foreign. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Coordinator, the candidate will support in: Entering national and foreign supplier invoices Journal entry Bank reconciliations Aging management Requirements At least a High School Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing is required.
A University Degree in Economics or Accounting is a plus Attention to detail, willingness to learn and proactivity Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel Fluency in Italian and English is a must.
