Job Description Summary We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Specialist – Machining with a deep background in shop‑floor operations to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence by creating robust manufacturing standards, including detailed Work Instructions and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
The ideal candidate will be a technical leader on the floor—standardizing tooling, driving complex troubleshooting, and providing active support to production teams. You will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging process innovation to optimize Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) in the manufacturing of high‑precision gas turbine and aeroderivative components.
