We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: /p ul liTechnology Engineering /li liEnergy Renewables /li liLife sciences Pharma /li liDigital IT /li /ul h3About this vacancy /h3 pThe resource will be responsible for the design and management of complex aeronautical systems (hydraulic, electrohydraulic), following the entire development cycle: from requirement definition and architecture to qualification, testing, and production support, interacting with internal teams, clients, and suppliers. /p h3What we expect from you /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering /li liExperience 2 years in a similar role /li liKnowledge of design principles /li liPreferred knowledge of aeronautical regulations /li liBasic knowledge of GDT, CAD software, and simulation tools is appreciated /li liAvailability for short business trips /li /ul h3What you can expect from us /h3 pThe position offers a permanent contract and the base gross annual salary (RAL) provided will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio - Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi. /p pTMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net annually for skill development, and an annual welfare credit.
