Are you someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and making sure things run smoothly from order to delivery?

As an After Sales Specialist, you play a key role in our Lifecycle Services team by supporting spare parts and equipment sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the process. You will work in an international environment with global customers, vendors, and logistics partners.

What you'll be doing You will act as a central point of contact for customers, vendors, and logistics partners, with responsibilities including: Preparing and following up on customer quotations Handling customer purchase orders and order confirmations Managing supplier purchase orders Coordinating delivery schedules with vendors, logistics, and customers Supporting invoicing and monitoring overdue receivables Responding promptly and professionally to customer and partner inquiries Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle Taking overall responsibility for customer accounts and supporting a variety of related after‐sales and coordination tasks What helps you succeed in this role You don't need to meet every requirement to apply - if this role sounds interesting, we encourage you to apply.

You will be Reporting to the After Sales Manager in USA. Preferred start date: As soon as possible. Contract: Full-time position with a one-year fixed-term contract.
