POSITION- AI TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER We are looking for an innovative curious and tech savvy person, to join our Group IT team. the person will lead the enterprise‑wide AI transformation—translating strategy into measurable outcomes by redesigning work, operating models, and capabilities so humans and machines deliver faster, safer, and higher‑quality results at scale.
Champion responsible AI, foster cross‑functional orchestration, and build the skills, culture, and governance needed for sustainable value. Whatyouwilldo: Strategy drive adoption through in‑the‑flow enablement and transparent communication.
Technology able to align executive, product, tech, risk/legal, HR, and operations. Clear, compelling communicator and storyteller; comfortable with board‑level dialogue. Nice to Have Experience with orchestration models (dynamic teams, talent marketplaces, digital twins).
Background in regulated environments and familiarity with emerging AI regulation. Target Hiring Range Total compensation package starting from €55,000 gross per year. DAB pay rangesfora jobare basedon the location specific market of similar jobs, according tothird-partiessalary benchmark surveys. Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
