Teleflex Italy is seeking an Area Centro Sales Leader to drive the performance of the Urology Care and Homecare teams across Italy. You will shape the regional sales strategy, grow revenue and margin, and strengthen Teleflex's market position while fostering a high-ownership culture.
You will coach and develop a multi-brand sales force, lead forecasting and resource planning, manage key accounts, and represent the company at industry events. Travel approximately 60% is expected.
