ph3Overview /h3 pThe Area Sales Manager will drive the growth of our protective coatings portfolio across North Italy (Lombardy, Piemonte, Liguria, and Emilia-Romagna), with full ownership of achieving ambitious revenue targets.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong command of the full sales cycle—from proactive prospecting and strategic relationship-building to effectively closing deals. They will leverage excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate our value proposition in a compelling, clear, and professional manner, fostering strong customer partnerships and consistently delivering results. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPromote and sell the Protective Coatings portfolio, aligning solutions with customer needs /li liAchieve sales targets through proactive business development and effective sales execution /li liIdentify new opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders /li liPlan and execute territory strategies, adapting based on market feedback and performance /li liMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction while developing existing accounts /li liManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing /li liDeliver product demonstrations, proposals, and tailored quotations /li liLeverage events, trade fairs, and presentations to grow the sales pipeline /li liCollaborate internally and monitor market trends and competitor activity /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within the Protective Coatings market in Italy /li liStrong communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills /li liProficient in CRM tools and MS Office /li liHigh level of integrity and professionalism /li liAbility to work effectively from a home office environment /li liFluent in Italian (native) and English /li liBased within the assigned sales territory /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pAt Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
