Job Description Summary We are looking for a Safety and Quality Monitoring and Audit Leader to lead the internal audit framework across production and maintenance operations, ensuring full compliance with applicable aviation regulations, certification standards, and company requirements.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining and coordinating audit plans, overseeing the execution of internal and workstation audits, monitoring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions, and supporting management review activities.
You will also play a key role in: supporting third parties authorities surveillance activity, addressing root cause analysis and corrective actions linked to auditing, driving continuous improvement across the company, promoting Flight Deck principles, and ensuring alignment with GEAC and GE Aerospace processes where applicable.
This position requires a strong background in aerospace quality and safety systems, regulatory compliance, internal auditing, and cross-functional leadership.
