pSephora in Italy is seeking an experienced Store Manager or senior supervisor to lead a dynamic team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure the Sephora standards across makeup, skincare, and fragrance departments. /ppYou will coach staff, coordinate with head office and store operations, and optimize in-store performance while maintaining a motivating, inclusive environment. Fluency in English is required and Italian market knowledge is a plus. /p
