Since 2012, Esyen has been actively involved in key European Space Programmes, including Navigation, Earth Observation and Secure Satellite Communications.
We have a strong footprint across Italy, France, Germany and Spain, delivering Ground Segment expertise with a focus on quality, reliability and innovation. WHAT WE LOOK FOR We are looking for a Bid Proven experience in managing complex bids and proposals; Previous experience in the Space industry (preferred) Strong understanding of procurement processes, tenders and contract management; Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; Excellent Italian language skills; Fluent English, both written and spoken – minimum B2+ level OUR OFFER Competitive compensation package with a total annual remuneration in the range of €50,000–€60,000, plus a performance-based bonus; The opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of innovative Space programmes and strategic business initiatives; Exposure to high-profile national and international customers, partners, and Space projects; A dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
