YOUR MISSION: As an Ambassador of the Maison, this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of daily operational activities. The individual will contribute significantly to optimal back-office performance and maintain organizational security, collaborating closely with the Manager and various departments to uphold the Maison's high standards.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Boutique Operational Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to all brand and boutique operational policies and procedures. Actively participate in boutique opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown activities.
Manage and maintain optimal stock levels for all boutique facilities, including packaging, office supplies, and general consumables, initiating orders and addressing shortages proactively. Execute timely replenishment of proximity stock on the sales floor to support continuous sales operations.
Act as a primary point of contact for IT-related issues within the boutique, liaising effectively with the central IT department to ensure prompt resolution and minimal operational disruption. Back-Office good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and customer needs.
Team-Player approach and Fluent in English and Italian. Welfare CCNL Commercio Salary Range 30K – 35KEUR Commission Scheme 8 EUR Meal Voucher per working day
