BU Senior Controller

Job Description Datalogic is looking for a Business Unit Senior Controller, this position will be a key member of Planning partner with BU management in the development of new product business cases, bringing financial judgement to support go/no-go decisions.
Monitor sales and margin evolution, delivering variance analysis vs. budget and prior year with clear narrative and recommended corrective actions. Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the organization, acting as a connector between finance and business to foster a performance-driven culture.
Foster the adoption of new business analytics tools, partnering with relevant teams to enhance financial visibility and decision-support capabilities across the BUs. Requirements Education (School/Specialization): Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics Languages: Fluent English and Italian; written and verbal communication Experience: At least 5 years of proven controlling expertise in complex multinational environments, in companies where the control is deeply involved into the business.
