Business Development Manager, VFX/CG industry

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients
• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships
• Develop outreach and client acquisition strategies
• Participate in sales calls, negotiations, and contract discussions
• Work closely with the founding team to refine our services and offerings
• Identify new markets, industries, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, VFX Supervision, or a similar role within the visual effects, film, media, gaming, computer graphics, or advertising industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Familiarity with technology, software, AI, and digital services
• Experience at major VFX studios is a strong plus
