Job purpose: For our Milan office, we are seeking a Buyer Raw Materials to support sourcing and operational purchasing activities related to API and Raw Materials suppliers across Bracco Imaging’s network. The role contributes to supplier scouting, negotiation activities, purchase order follow-up and procurement improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Quality, Regulatory and internal compliance requirements, particularly in relation to the qualification of new suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting sourcing and negotiation activities for raw materials required by Bracco API Manufacturing Operations Managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase order issuance and supplier follow-up, ensuring alignment with internal procedures and business needs Issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and supporting supplier selection activities for API and Raw Materials procurement Contributing to supplier qualification and re-qualification processes in collaboration with the responsible Procurement function Supporting the preparation and execution of contracts in compliance with Global Legal Affairs
