The Silicon Photonics Business Line focuses on silicon photonics for cloud optical interconnects, driving innovation and commercial success in data communication and telecommunication markets. YOUR ROLE We are seeking a Customer Technology Manager (CTM) to support key customers of our Silicon Photonics Business Line.
As the key technical point of contact for one or more dedicated customers, you will coordinate end‑to‑end technology programs from early engagement through industrialization. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead technical interactions with customers in silicon photonics programs.
Coordinate prototyping, R additional languages are a plus. University degree (MSc or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics/Photonics, Microelectronics, or a related field. DESIRED (Nice‑to‑Have) Familiarity with wafer foundry business models, custom technology engagements, and product lifecycle from concept to ramp.
Experience in early industrialization / NPI (New Product Introduction): from engineering samples to volume ramp, including yield and reliability aspects. At ST, we endeavor to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we do not tolerate discrimination.
