Among the technologies with which it will interface most are ERP systems such as SAP, but also Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems such as OneStream; You will be asked to work as part of a team to plan and execute business analysis: organizational and processes; Support to draw and implement an organizational model; collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.); Understand internal client needs and process specifications, to optimize corporate processes for continuous improvement.
Required Skills 🛹 Minimum 4 years' relevantwork experience in consultancy companies (or similar positions) in at least one of the following areas: change management and communication, digital transformation, strategic and/or cultural transformation, program leadership; Bachelor or Master degree; Knowledge of ChangeManagement methodologies; Capable of analysing the organizational contextand mapping processes; Excellent relational, corporate sensibility and team-working skills; Precision, negotiation, problemsolving and deadlinemanagement skills; Good written and verbal communication; Flexibility, excellent analytical, managerial and relational skills; Excellent English.
