ph3CHEMICAL PLANT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - /h3 pbDUNA-CorradiniS.p.A /b is seeking a bProduction Supervisor /b for its production facility in Soliera (MO). This position will be part of the bOPERATIONS /b and will report to the Chief Technologies Officer.
The candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in medium-to-large, modern, and technologically complex manufacturing companies. The candidate will ensure the proper execution of production preparation operations and the Chemical Department's production process, including formulation, foam processing, and foaming, with a focus on continuous improvement, work organization, and team and resource management. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and optimize the use of department resources in terms of equipment and personnel to achieve the required quantitative and qualitative results, with particular attention to: Efficiency of assigned processes, Organization of the positioning of human resources at workstations, Overall reduction of waste, particularly waste produced by the department. /li liCollaborate with the Planning/Logistics/Customer Care and RD functions for all aspects of finished/semi-finished products in terms of: Planning and optimization of production schedules; Ensuring the availability of finished/semi-finished products within the planned and requested timeframes, quality, and quantity; Management of warehouse space, storage, and proper use of packaging; Manage aspects of hygiene, workplace safety, and environmental issues. /li liCoordinate overall departmental improvement by applying efficiency and continuous improvement methods. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry / diploma in chemical engineering or technical expertise. /li liGood knowledge of basic chemistry, physics, process technologies, and plant programming. /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. /li liProven leadership skills and excellent teamwork. /li liResidence within (max.
25 km) of the workplace (Soliera, Modena). /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience managing complex plants. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the most common ERP systems. /li liKnowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. /liliKnowledge of electrical engineering and mechanics. /li /ul /p
