Were building Cyberwave at the intersection of robotics, real-time systems, and AI. Our mission is to make AI do dehumanizing work in factories around the world — and were assembling an A+ team to do it. As we scale from a small, highly technical founding team into a real company, were looking for a Chief of Staff / Operations Manager to work directly with the founders and take ownership of the operational backbone of Cyberwave.
This is a senior or strong mid-level role with real autonomy. You will not be "support staff." You will shape how the company operates day to day and help turn chaos into leverage. In-person team primarily based in Milan and Zurich, with real robots, real deployments, and real impact. Operations Management Finance
