Monitor the results of initiatives and assess their impact on financial statements. Collaborate with other Units within the Claims Department and global operating entities to deploy the initiatives of the Plan Update and revise priorities listed in the Plan based on observed results of initiatives.
Suggest additional initiatives to ensure the achievement of targets identified in the Plan. Coordinate reporting preparation and updates at the Allianz Group level. Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Master's degree in Economics, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, or a related field.
1-3 years of previous working experience; if in a consultancy environment ( e.g. Planning Microsoft Office™, tools and VBA programming language; SQL language; Power BI and reporting platforms; Celonis software and process mining analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Basic Knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools would be a plus. Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No.
