PositionOur client, an international Company operating in the Food Ingredients sector, is currently looking for the:COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR EUROPEThis is a highly strategic, customer-facing leadership role responsible for establishing direct and technically credible relationships with Tier 1 bakers and food manufacturers across the region.
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Commercial Officer. Aim commercial/MBA credentials an asset. A verifiable track record of 20+ years in the food ingredients sector, with substantial direct experience in preservation, protection, enzyme systems, or shelf-life technologies serving bakery and/or food and beverage manufacturers.
Detailed, current knowledge of the bakery sector (industrial and artisanal).Strategic, curious and business-driven leader. Personal accountability and a hands-on, detail-driven working style, with the ability to move from strategic planning to on-the-ground account execution.
English fluent. Compensation package: 200.000 – 250.000The overall compensation package will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications.
