COMMIS DE RANG

For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Commis de rang. Main responsibilities Organising the restaurant's mise en place Cleaning equipment and tables Greeting and receiving customers in the absence of the person in charge Handling the bill and the till (if required) Handling dishes at the buffet (if present) Answering customers' questions, taking orders, also over the phone Sharing information with the restaurant and kitchen Requirements Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships Knowledge of the English lenguage Previous experience in luxury hotels
