The Role
Crew Briefing Center Officer. The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance to crew members at the ITA Airways Crew Briefing Center in Rome Fiumicino. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that flight crews have everything they need to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional service to our passengers.
What You'll Be Doing. Contributing to the effective and efficient management of crew presentation centres, ensuring the availability and accessibility of services for flight crew members, as well as the operational and administrative documentation required for flight operations.
During crew reporting, verifying the numerical composition of crews and, in the event of absences, informing the relevant operational departments and overseeing the related aspects within your area of responsibility. Monitoring and submitting Crew APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) data to local government authorities.
Contributing to the proper provision of crew transportation services by supervising the operational management of the service in Rome. Managing uniform replacements and replenishments for flight crew members. Monitoring the quality of services provided at crew presentation centers, identifying areas for improvement and proposing initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency and effectiveness, and reducing response times between service requests and fulfillment.
