Job Overview The internship aims to support the operational and back-office activities of the Spoticar Trade Marketplace, contributing to the proper management of sales processes, the quality of published listings, and the monitoring of business-related data.
Responsibilities The responsibilities of the intern include but are not limited to the following: A. Marketplace Operational Support Time Allocation: 30% Mission: Ensure the smooth day-to-day management of Marketplace operations, maintaining quality, consistency, and up-to-date information.
Activities: Quality control of online listings (descriptions, images, pricing, vehicle status). Daily stock verification to ensure consistency between available, reserved, and published vehicles. Update price lists, vehicle pricing, and availability (including bulk uploads).
Support invoicing processes and related administrative activities. Identify anomalies and report them to the IT team or operational stakeholders for resolution. B. Cross-Functional Support
