Customer Quality Specialist

Overview

In this role, you support ABB’s quality strategy to deliver outstanding customer experience. You will drive prevention, continuous improvement, and robust root-cause analysis across functions and sites. You’ll manage non-conformities and support process audits, acting as the customer reference for quality issues. You work with cross‑functional teams to sustain quality data and prevent recurrence, contributing to world‑class performance in a global organization. Responsabilità

• Manage non-conformity incidents and coordinate with functions, suppliers, and customers
• Serve as point of reference for customers on non-conformities and during process audits/visits
• Maintain accurate quality data to understand status and drive continuous improvements
• Collaborate with local and cross-functional teams to achieve unit targets and world-class performance
• Support deployment of quality strategy, culture, systems, and tools

Requisiti fondamentali

• Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
• Statistical analysis skills
• Excellent English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Proactive, team-oriented, comfortable with international environment and multiple time zones
