As a Customer Support Specialist you will be a point of reference for our customers, guiding them through the purchasing process of our products and providing them with the necessary support.

A key part of your role is ensuring that customers are perfectly satisfied and aware of all our products. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team and you will have the chance to work in a challenging atmosphere connecting with our Italian and international customers.

Requirements Mother tongue knowledge of Italian; Advanced knowledge of at least two of the following languages: French, Spanish, German and English; Familiarity with digital tools and technologies such as CRM software; Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships; Customer-centric mentality and ability to collect customer feedback and needs; Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
