FREELANCE DATA ENGINEER – DATABRICKS & AZURE – ENGLISH SPEAKING We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer for an exciting freelance opportunity with a leading global IT services and consulting company, known for delivering innovative technology solutions across multiple industries.
Location: Italy (remote within Italy)Rate: €400/dayContract: 6–12 months with strong possibility of extensionWhat You'll Do:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Azure. Implement and optimise solutions using Databricks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Support data modelling, integration, and performance tuning. What We're Looking For:At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering on Azure and Databricks.
English-speaking (Italian is beneficial).Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, and cloud architecture. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
