Data & Reporting Specialist

Data Preparing reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making; Integrating and consolidating data from multiple sources; Identifying trends, anomalies, and key KPIs, translating them into meaningful business insights; Working closely with different business functions to understand their reporting and information needs and develop solutions aligned with business objectives; Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data and reporting; Supporting the development and improvement of reporting processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency; Contributing to the definition and monitoring of performance indicators across different business areas.
Requirements The ideal candidate has: A degree or academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets; Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools; A structured and detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality; The ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, business-oriented insights; A proactive, curious, and dynamic mindset, with a strong interest in working in a cross-functional environment.
Good knowledge of English Key Skills Interest in innovation and the application of digital and technological tools to data analysis; Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong collaborative approach. What we offer Contract: Permanent, full-time Salary range: €30,000–€50,000 depending on experience, skills and qualifications.
